They died, they are not of mankind, they are pets, their owner can feel bad at don't expect others to feel the same. People have thought more about the animals and fought for them, yet, they were for murdering babies in the womb. So, which would you say is more important? Hunger, was he supposed to die of hunger than eat an animal, or is a baby in the womb more important than any animal? I have eaten turtle, squirrels, rabbits, wild turkey, not so easy to catch, and so on, it called survival. No, they are not as important than what is going on with the Children! You can have, feeling, no one else has to do it. Others have bigger priorities in this world, and with good reasons. How about the plane could have blown up and kill some other people, isn't that more important than animals that may or good chance were already drowned long before the others got off the plane. They just drowned and did not suffer, it is not as much torture as other ways animals die. People who have nearly drowned have said this about drowning so this is way I said this, mankind is much more important during these times. No, I sure would not worry about the animal who had been in the water long enough to drown. What he said was not being heartless, he was stating his facts. It nothing to get you panties in an uproar about. Animals are pets, they are not the same a humans, nor do you have to feel bad for eating them at sometime, it what has gone on for ever for some people. Native Americas ate dogs, horses or anything else to survive as many other people have, the French eat horse meat, I myself do not like the thoughts of eating horse meat, they do. Chinese ate dog, others eat cats, they served it here in a restaurant in America years ago, they ordered rabbit, got cat instead, except one man knew the bones from one animal to the next and reported it. You know it not to our way of thinking, it was theirs. If you can raise other things to eat, I prefer not to eat these other animal, I do not say they are more important than other things going on, it not. By the way, pets have been know to eat on their sick owners. Think about this part sometimes. They know how to survive. There are some would die before they would eat their masters they even cried and mourned themselves to death. I know of one that did. It is life, what more important to you, is not what is more important to others. I carrying on about animals when other things much more important is going on. They are our companions and have been for me more all my life. I just know that even loving animals they are more important things. I pretty sure those animals drowned quickly and painlessly. Mostly because of people who were drown and brought back from it. They said it was almost painless, a floating feeling after just a the water came up on them. That the way to keep in mind they did not suffer. This was more important than anything else said. I care, I understand where other have other things on their mind. Yes, others have other opinions on animals, it different for different people. Chinese are now making pet out of dogs, where they used to not do so. It good, dog and cats have been companions to man almost as long as man was created themselves. I know this to, dogs can talk, no all some can, my dad had one it was shocking to here that dog talk. He came in on a moving van from North Carolina, and my dad loved that dog. Not the prettiest dog in the world, I believe he may have been one of the Carolina wild dogs, from the looks of him and the ones I have seen pictures of. That dog would tell people to get out of the house, I mean in those words, to get out. He also ask to be fed. We would tell people and kind of warn them, they never believe one word we said, hearing is believing thou. One problem, that dog cussed sometimes when he really did not like a person. Do not ask me where he learned it, wasn't from me. I do understand some people just are not into some ways of treating animals as human, I also know that mankind come before animals or should in our thoughts. Some time people have put animals ahead of mankind in their thoughts and deeds, not most people some people. I have to say, Lance told he ate things before, not anything that bothered me, because I have had to eat thing most people would say how did you eat that, well, you have do eat and when there is not food around you eat. No, I have not had to eat rat, in Asian countries they cook them on sticks over a fire, they eat cats. I just do not look at people who have been in starving conditions as say anything that they did was wrong. I just glad I never had to eat buzzard, because it was coming close before mom got a job, dad was disabled at the time. I was raised poor, so I understand. I am trying to understand people, look I hear people who love their dogs or cats and then say, I had to put them down today. Here is what goes through my mind, you had them kill your dog or cat, how could you do that, really, that how I look at it, you love that pet, yet to you it suffering is fixed by killing it. I give mine pain killer and love it until it dies naturally. See, it all how you were raised or see things. I never had a dog or cat put to sleep, never, I never let them be uncomfortable either. It is not possible to argue with them, except maybe tell them what is going on. (they do so in therapy for alcoholics some places, as you need to treat the enabler too) (the enabler phones the employer of the alcoholic on the days the alcoholic is too drunk to show up at work, for example) |
