Please be mindful that first case was announced on the 9th of March. We are gaining 16 cases a day.

None here in Baton Rouge, but believe they will have a case "very soon". This is what they said publicly days before the first case was announced.

Workplaces still open, people still need to go to work to pay bills. CDC can recommend all they want but in the end, all private companies will remain open.

“But I just want to say, one of the things you can do: if you’re healthy, you and your family, it’s a great time to go out and go to a local restaurant, likely you can get in easy,” said Nunes. “Let’s not hurt the working people in this country that are relying on wages and tips to keep their small business going… Don’t just run to the grocery store and buy $4,000 of food. Go to your local pub.”

They tried a Sars Vaccine in Hong Kong in 2016 and it made the animals vaccinated have a Cytokone storms and many of the animals died :-(

EvergreenHealth doctor tests positive for coronavirus, in critical condition

An emergency room doctor at EvergreenHealth in Kirkland is in critical condition with COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus.

The hospital at the center of the coronavirus outbreak in King County confirmed that the doctor was ill Sunday afternoon.

“EvergreenHealth is providing care for one of our physicians who has a confirmed case of COVID-19. He is in critical condition but stable. Out of respect for our patient’s privacy and that of his family, there is nothing more we can share at this time,” says a brief statement issued by the hospital on Sunday.

The physician, who is in his 40s, has been admitted to the intensive-care unit and could be the first front-line health care worker in the state to test positive for the disease, said Dr. Liam Yore, the immediate past president of the Washington Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

I've not heard of any Casino closings...why wouldn't that be a top priority? Many people go to Casino's big crowds...yet they are not closing them...I don't get it...Churchs, schools, resturants...all closing in some areas...yet not one mention regarding Casinos....

A lot of east coast casinos are closed, I believe.

I just saw tonight that a couple of biggies in Vegas are closing. I forget who. Wynn? Not sure.

They will all follow. Some slower than others.

New York City mayor: “Tomorrow, I will sign an Executive Order limiting restaurants, bars and cafes to food take-out and delivery. Nightclubs, movie theaters, small theater houses, and concert venues must all close. The order will go into effect" Tuesday at 9 a.m. ET.

I really do not want to imagine what the real number might be. Sigh. Fcuk.

My brother in law who lives near Cleveland is ill with CoVid symptoms. His Cleveland Clinic doc called in a test. My sister said they were in a 5 hour traffic trip snaking around downtown. Tents set up and folks in full gear were out in a parking lot to take the test. She reports people in the line, who weren’t Cleveland Clinic patients and didn’t have a Dr’s order were turned away with directions to go to another site tomorrow.

When they left home, Dr. said results back in one day. But word from the tent was to expect results 3-5 days. He is 74, but in good physical shape. Symptoms: fever, cough, achy muscles.

Very surreal.

Same with my son, 34. They have a tent here too, a Tuscarawas County, Cleveland Clinic affiliated hospital. He got his results back in less than 24 hours - flu. But, he's staying in isolation for at least another week or better. Be positive and take care. Hope all goes well for your family!

Iowa governor now recommending schools be closed for 4 weeks.

High School wrestling match at Floyd Central High School on March 1
Visited Caesar’s Casino of Southern Indiana February 25 through February 29 and March 3 through March 7, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all dates
Officials are also not releasing the man's age, but did say he man lives in Floyd County and works in another county. He is not a student.

He is now in isolation at Baptist Floyd in New Albany, Indiana. Officials say the patient has been sick for a couple of weeks and was admitted to the hospital on March 13.
