*no recommendation of antivirals indicated for treatment of critical patients. Although a cocktail of them were given to 75% of the 99 patients studied.

*I would assume the use of a corticosteroid, like methylprednisolone, is for cytokine storm.

*low value of lymphocytes could be used as early diagnostic criteria

I did see video today on Twitter of people going door to door in Wuhan and posting signs that supposedly indicate a sick person and are locking them inside their homes. I’m guessing that those people will not be counted in the official numbers.

It may still take a while to really spread in the west.. but what is going to happen when CHINA collapses? They cant stay out of business for very long. They will run out of food soon and there are hundreds of millions of poor people there.
