Well, we need to know if it's still expanding exponentially, and if the virus is attenuating. The numbers will indicate that.

Also, if the virus doesn't change, it could give us an indication of how things will progress in other conuntries, that are a couple weeks behind China.

Statistically, we should see about 2k-3k new cases reported by China this afternoon, and another 50-75 deaths. At some point, the Chinese government is going to lock down even the BS numbers they have been reporting, though, and today might be that day since the numbers are starting to get so big.
