We have a big old double standard going on here. It's ok for the US to target a hospital because terrorists are hiding there, but when Israel does it they are called everything from mass murderers to the spawn of Satan. Sheesh!

It is NOT ok for them to bomb a hospital. They were given the GPS coordinates days before to make sure something like that wouldn't happen, but they did it any way. Now they are saying they are "sorry".

REPORT: ISIS fighters are regrouping near Bin Jawwad for possible assault on #Libya's oil crescent - @Morning_LY

 Quoting: Earth Cries

I've been reading the Libya news but won't post a link here to it because I don't want to inadvertently infect other people's computers. They are the only 'Times' type news source that require a log in and cookie placement.

Parts of Tripoli are under siege from warring factions, including IS. There is so much confusion as to who all the players are because new groups will spring up, name themselves, then dissolve and break into splinter groups who then fight with previous team players.

Turkey: Suspected Kurdish Militants Are Killed

"The fighting took place in the town of Silvan, in the southeastern province of Diyarbakir, where all of those killed were members of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party, according to a security official. A cease-fire that lasted for two and a half years was broken in July, when the Turkish government began a crackdown on the party, known as the P.K.K. Since then, more than 120 security personnel and hundreds of militants have been killed."

German ambassador frightened by attack on Hürriyet columnist

"German Ambassador to Ankara Martin Erdmann said he was frightened with the assault on Hürriyet journalist Ahmet Hakan.

In a written statement on Nov. 2, the ambassador said he had confidence in the Turkish judiciary that the incident would be enlightened and perpetrators would be punished accordingly.

The ambassador extended a get well message for Hakan.

The veteran journalist was injured in an assault in front of his home, after an intense campaign of intimidation and slander by pro-government media."

Khamenei: Iran will support anyone who strikes at Israel

Supreme leader says any US attempts to use nuclear agreement to influence Iran will fail

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said his country will support anyone who strikes against Israel and the “Zionist regime,” and again warned the US against any diplomatic efforts to sway Iran’s policies.

“Iran fully supports resistance in the region, especially the resistance in Palestine, and will support anyone who struggles against Israel and strikes at the Zionist regime,” the semi-official Fars news agency quoted Khamenei as telling top Iranian military generals and officials.
