I have to apologize, I had somekind of emotion that moment, when I commented on sashas wishes.

I think this is finally it for me. I have to quit my job again due to extreme anxiety disorder and profound depression.

I can't go on disability because I refuse to take psychiatric meds because I'm terrified that they are poisoning me due to what I've read.

I'm already taking sleeping pills every night due to pretty much total inability to sleep without them. Even now I cannot even sleep much with them and am having to up the dose more and more and more.

I have almost no energy to even move at this point. It is hard work to even type this out. I have no ability to enjoy anything at this point and feel that I am being antagonized by my mind and everything and everyone around me 24/7. I get no real rest or peace or even for a few seconds anymore, its just a constant pressure cooker to be alive.

I want to inflict as little pain as possible on family members at this point. I know ST says in the Apex life that he became so distraught at the end that he willed himself out of the body and the body just died. It will be easier on them if it looks like I went of natural causes.

I feel my entire life and everything around me is created for the purpose of driving me systematically insane. I am profoundly weary and it is just time for me to go. I'm not worried about failing my lessons in this life anymore, if this is the lesson I've already failed. The overwhelming need to leave is finally taking precedence over everything else.

I know how it feels when there seem to be nothing left to keep me wanting to live another day... At those times the only thing I could think of was how to leave my body painlessly...

I saw in my dream a few days ago , me and 2 others , curling up on the floor, feeling deeply depressed , in this cold and sadness, in a isolated room, top of a high building.

I couldn't do or say anything ... I felt heavy and helpless... I reached my hands to both, we hold each other and I burst out crying like a baby ...
I tried to find a way down and out, but then I found myself going around and around stuck in between...

the next scene was most surprising, when I was too tired and started to let go, I entered a drink shop, felt suddenly excited with all the fresh avocados and coconuts and mangos!!! I asked for a mix of all of them and found myself saying yummy yummyyyyyy... alive enjoying ... again!

I don't know why I had such dream... Maybe just to tell you today... Just to let you know I was there on the floor crying with you...

I was in that position a few years ago... Business was bad, and being in the IT field... I had over the years programmed my mind to problem solving.. Hence I would think about every possible scenario before it occurred... However when the anxiety set in due to financial issues....My 'gift' became my undoing... As I would sit up at night thinking about whether I'm gonna loose my house etc, etc..

Now I just realize that there is more to life than breathing.. LOVE is a big part of it... Learning is the other... Any stray thought, I have now programmed myself to throw out my mind... That I don't even process that information... I just fully concentrate on that which I want to... That which brings me Joy and happiness..

You can overcome this... No need to be on meds.. Excercise to burn of excess cortisol and adrenalin... And remain positive.. Will work wonders.

Since we are in all places at the same time, but we here in 3D, are not aware of it. Are you aware of all the alternate realities?

Just sitting here thinking, how I have 'jumped" alot of times. I am here typing this now, as I am probably in another reality doing the same thing. That means you and everyone are also in all 'my' realities. So? Can you see yourself/are you aware of yourself in all realities at the same time?

Yes. Chemical imbalance.. and Magnesium is probably low, as well as Iodine and other trace minerals. I use garlic and onion while cooking. I cannot seem to cook without them.

Today I felt better. I wondered if you guys did something to help. I do not have the ear ringing, the dizzy, the swishing in the head.The nausea and the aches as I had before. I am thinking if your information and visions about MU land and two young people, one female and one male, and volcano somehow have some similar details to what I saw in my dream.

I saw two young people, the female thin, black hair, long clothes ; the male with dark skin, thin, I touched his face there was hair , mustards?
Both of them curling up on the floor of a very high place/building/ mountain? They are both in sadness and depress. I held them and cried.

I saw avocados and coconuts... symbol of a trophical land?
I saw sea water flying up high, I saw the young man betraying the young woman, I was telling him stories of going back to lower grade for further schooling.

I have troubles interpreting recent dreams and visions, as they are mixed up with my personal things...

First off, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to answer questions and make comments on this thread. I respect the consistency and humor in your replies. My question is in regards to proper diet for optimal functioning on all levels. (Apparently you might know a thing or two about human biology and chemistry.) I haven't eaten meat or poultry for about a month. Which for me is drastic to say the least. (I noticed some distinct parallels between my socio/economic state of affairs and animals in a cage waiting to be slaughtered. I don't want to be in a figurative cage, having my lifeforce drained, so I figured I should cut out the hypocrisy.) So where do I go from here??? Fruits and vegetables are great, but without the animal protein, I feel i'm missing something. I'm cool with milk and cheese. Eggs taste awful to me, but I can deal with it. Fish is a problem because I'm trying to avoid the toxicity, my new found "morality" urges me to not eat flesh, plus i don't like the taste. I've read that our wheat has been compromised by the GMO seeds, so should I cut it out completely or just limit it? Any vitamins or minerals I should be taking? Any fruits or vegetables I should focus on more than others? I'm a very active person and i'm trying to stay as healthy as possible. Of course I'd like to know about spaceships and star wars, but I figured it best to focus on things that are somewhat within my control.

Well I will be departing soon...where to unknown. The eviction order came in yesterday. In 30 days I will be out of this house of 18 years. It is okay. The house served its' purpose. Moving on to a new horizon/horizons.
