I can appreciate having maybe a few days supplies on hand just to possibly make it through the initial shock and effects of the passing - but in reality - life is going to be so difficult if not impossible - what can we really do to "prepare" except to remain focused, aware and relaxed so that we will be at the right place at the right time for our individual life plan/destiny to work itself out?

I would think that the biggest reason for loss of life will be the sudden reality shift that catches the masses who are entrenched in their lives as they are and bound by culture, customs and beliefs and are thus unable to sort/process/ adapt to the sudden shift mentally/emotionally/psychologically and thus lose their minds and their ability to survive.

I have been trying to astral project for some time now ST in BG. I have worked with Robert Bruce´s brook on it... working with activating energy centers (tertiary, secondary, then primary centers)... clearing my mind with breath while trying to go in to a trance (I usually envision colors for this one at at time in the spectrum from red to white and then picturing going down stairs... seems to really help...) Then there after, my mind starts wandering with random thoughts, and when I realize that, I try to relax more etc...

Today I was at the Department of Motor Vehicles and I reached that trance state while awake and my whole body spasmed and everyone looked at me lol... took an hour tho to reach that point and I stopped...

I lost a night of sleep and felt alright the next day.. the tiredness helped me relax for this:(:::

Anyway... conscious exit is a problem... but I usually get tired etc and find myself in a trance and then getting exit symptoms and then witnessing ... strange sensations and noises and pictures... but I never get an exit to the real time zone :( ...

My best attempt was after a long night of sleep... I found myself dreaming about being in stores as a kid and looking at the toys... it always got me excited... so I became conscious of the dream and it went lucid... then I found myself laying down in the store on a box... and trying to project from there and... I felt the sensations... Then from a thirdperson perspective... saw the coolest thing... my body laying on a bed and a transparent blue version of me being like released out... but before it seperated I saw like two rotating hand/flower things releasing me from my chest area :O I am not sure if this was a dream or what... but was cool... but it stopped there (my conscious went to blackness in the dream)

I don´t know what to work on more... by the nature of my projections I am thinking it is mostly just etheric energy building up and nothing happening... and most of what has happened has just been me dreaming :( I think my problem is raising enough etheric energy... I heard conscious exists are better for this tho... I was told that breathing during it helps to transfer energy to your etheric double.. but I dunno

Another dream I had I just rememebered was a weak ago... I found myself near my old house where I used to play alot as a kid :D.... totally lucid and instant dream I was sitting there ... then in the lucid dream worked on my energy centers... I found myself starting to fly around in the lucid dream then my dad came out of a house that was ours and said Jason.. and I knew he wanted me to stop... and since my conscious is fleeting in these scenarios I did so forgetting what I was doing :(...

So your understanding of how the transition from 3rd to 4th density will happen, differs from Lyara´s? Because as I understand it, there has been a couple of different methods I´ve heard about. Supposedly the first wave will connect with the Elohim piloting the ships waiting above the earth, and when the time is right, connect to the pilots and shift ourselves from 3rd to 4th density through our own internal discipline. Hence why the first wave, are the first to go.

Also, another method I heard, is for the 3rd wave (and perhaps the 2nd too) to receive assistance from Earth, by means of a Great Quake. Namely the tone produced by her will be the tone of 4th density, thus causing all humans to resonate with that tone, and thus shifting them into 4th density.

Out of curiousity ST of BG, what can you tell me about the person/being known as the Lamb (from Revelations)? What you see as being their role in all this and who/what they are, if you know/can find out?

Ummm... ST in BG... I believe I had some form of help last night :D

This was really different than before... elements of what happened have me very hopeful now...

I was thinking about flowing with everything... relaxing... connecting... so... I found myself falling asleep sooo gently... I woke up once and then fell back asleep... then woke up once more...

Now, I can tell the difference between a dream and reality when the dream is lucid... I tell you I was awake fully with my conscious... if it was a dream... because ALL of me was there in the moment... not like a bit of my energy and knowledge and thinking... my entire being when I am awake and walking around in the world was there now experiencing... and the world around me was flawlessly represented as reality... This could have even happened while I was truly awake... which is REALLY INTERESTING lol... but unlikely

I believe I was totally conscious at that point in time... I was conscious and I mean of everything around me as if awake... my entire body... just everything... and I felt strange spiraling sensations like descending in to my head... followed by paralysis and brief exit symptoms (mine usually feel like I am being butt fucked... I don´t know why lol maybe a fear rofl)... I have come to realize it is like a slow snake-like motion like where my base chakra is... anyhow

I felt like there was something in front of me... and was scared a bit... I went with it more and kept loving and believing... What was in front of me (whether there was something or not lol), took the form of a little chubby girl with black hair... and in my waryness.. I began saying things to it with a trembling voice that struggled during the further onset of the paralysis... I said... "I have never seen a woman with your face before to my knowledge"... Which is rather interesting... (said a few other things before that but that remark stuck with me)

I closed my eyes then however :D, but that became somewhat of a useless indulgence since I could now see through my eyelids...

Well I woke up after that... seemingly and seamlessly as if two realitys switched LOL... I started to question whether I was awake now really LOL... (I felt I was)

This event has me more hopeful...

I people have said things like... it was so real tho... well I was COMPLETELY CONSCIOUS during this... COMPLETELY... not one bit of my essence was not there during this

Imagine that... I am wowed :P...

Thought I should share with all of you here, as well as ST in BG, though he probably already knows what happened :D
