1. To go to a graveyard, lets say to talk to some relative, who has left this body a year ago, does this give any connection to his/hers energy essence or it's giving only emotions to me/myself?

Yesterday when I was recalling of my childhood, I again felt sad thinking of my little monkey, father brought him home for me when I was little. He was sick and died because of my carelessness.
