ST what happened with the supposedly missing nukes and the earthquake off the South Carolina Coast on Oct 8th.

I heard that there was going to be a false flag operation involving a nuclear attack in South Carolina but the military official in charge of detonating the nuke detonated it way out at sea rather than on land like he was told to by TPTB.

This official was then later fired from his position.
