One would think he would know if 60 people were tramping around his crop for 2 days. If they did not ask for permission to destroy his crop, then they are liable for the destruction and would be tresspassing. The farmer could have them arrested for damaging his crops. A crop is a Farmer's livelihood. If they claim to have done it, he needs to send them a bill. Wispy |
