Firstly, I want to thank The One

When people confront you negativley, it reminds me of a child without knowing, desires something that is not good for them, and when an adult or parent tells them so, their only reaction is to cry. Later, when they mature/grow up, they realize "my parent was right."

I have been trying to meditate for the past month, but have been having difficulty clearing my thoughts on my own. I have since tried a technology called holosync in attempt to achieve certain brainstates. I have felt something, a calm, or clarity of the mind, as it seems to be working. My question to The One People is their take on this technology, and if it can help. I will certainly continue to try meditation on my own, without the aid of holosync, as it takes alot of practice.
