Regarding ear issues, I also had chronic ear infections as a young child. At that time, I used to have recurring dreams/nightmares about a a round metal tank occupied w/ animated toys, there was always a drumbeat with it and the toys came and took you into the tank for a while -- I always thought the dream and drumbeat could have been a result of pressure and fluid in my ears... or was it something else?

A book I read on Astral projection by Robert Bruce called "Astral Dynamics". The book has different mental techniques, mostly visualization, in order to help project once you reach the trance state and are relaxed.

One of the cornerstones of his book is a technique for this called tactile imaging... where you mentally feel like you are touching the areas of your energy centers mentally and do different spiral and sponging type sensations in your mind to help stimulate them... Robert Bruce claims once you have done this more you can raise energy at any time... is this true?
