after a few mo ths of eating gluten free,,,you find that you don't even WANT breads / desserts etc
breads and sugar are an addiction,,,
so there is a withdrawal period.
I do use the brown rice pastas,
and the son loves my buttermilk waffles,,,they really are good,,,
but you find amazingly that you have reached a point that you just don't want the carbs that much,,
so just patiently await that milestone.
son says the same thing..
you get hungry for the meat, veggies, salad, fruit
and this is the way it should be
