FINALLY SOME PT IMPROVEMENT over the past two weeks: I have gone from bending my knee at 61 degrees to 75 degrees as of today.

Also, I walked from the waiting room to the PT room (that turned out to be way further all the way back) using my walker instead of the wheelchair, and made it the entire way.

Darn knees CS! Mine is very sore from slogging around in that deep snow. I can hardly bend my knee tonight! And both of them are bothering me! I thought I was over it, but I guess not!

Man..
They are shutting down schools all over the south-east (many here in GA) for these suspected storms coming in tonight and tomorrow. There is a LOT of hype going on tonight.

I hope y'all are well. Batton down the hatches and stay safe anyone in the paths of these storms.

OK so to answer the 2 good karmas about my day and hows life treating me. BigD, SW hf

Fell 7ft off a ladder yesterday. Dislocated my right thumb. Saw it right after I hit the concrete thumb facing 90 degrees in the wrong direction. Before the pain kicked in I grabbed it and pulled and heard it pop back into place. Finished working and today it's all swole up and sore and bruising and hurting too lmao
Never take your thumbs for granted. You have no idea how hard it is to button your jeans without using your thumb.chuckle

Hope life is treating y'all better. hf

Hand a friend in middle school fell out a tree and broke both arms at once.

Felt bad for him his mother had to do everything for him.
