Happy Friday Quakesters!

I hope you all have a great weekend!

We are all hanging in there... The COOF seems to have passed leaving nothing but some slightly worse breathing for my lovely wife. Hopefully, this will pass and we will all be back to normal (well, as normal as we were before).

Glad you all are doing better. Have wife drink Mullein tea and to also breath in the fumes. Helps mine a little and a little is better than nothing.

I think she should try what WA is recommending first, but I thought I'd throw this at you too. I have several of this company's wellness teas and all of them are effective. And except for one, they have all tasted really good. I noticed they have one for lung health, so I thought I'd link it for you so you can look into it. they are all loose teas so you'd need an infuser. I really love their products and their customer service is unlike any I've seen. They email me personally to thank me and see how I liked my order!

The organic liver cleanse tea. I was ordering other stuff and luckily only got a sample bag to try it out. Not sure what was in there I didn't like, but all the others I have found very pleasant. I like how you can buy sample bags to try them out. They also usually send 1-2 sample bags as a surprise with your order, so that has allowed me to try a few things I wouldn't have otherwise.

Cool.

I will forward that site to her. She has a friend who is a tea person and she's trying to see if she has any mullein tea already.

Was just reading about the 7.1 that hit Christchurch NA in 9/2010. Then I realized that the other big M7 Haiti quake was also in 2010 (January). May or may not be connected but it seems activity has picked up in NZ and surrounding areas in the S. Pacific. Might be something to watch.

Off to do some actual work. Have a good day everyone.

I collect my own now as it grows wild every where around here but I got it from Mt Rose Herb and it is cheap.

In my tea, I also add turmeric. About a teaspoon of it, plus a big tablespoon of mullein and put it in a coffee filter, staple it shut and pour boiling water over it. I let steep for about 10 minutes and then add a little honey to sweeten.

It tastes good. If you don't use a filter, the little fluff on the mullein leaves will irritate your airways and all the way down to your gut. I don't always add turmeric as it can irk my digestive system.

Crap, didn't realize this but I had noticed they've had a few bigger ones in the last week. Looked it up just now - a 4.0, a 4.4, and 5 in the 3-range.
